We arrived and my dad is in a wheelchair, we were put on 2nd floor in a room that had dirty towels everywhere and bed unmade so i called down and they moved us to a new room, about 2 hours after arriving i feel something on me, i jump up and look and its of course a bed bug (i took pics) i checked the bed and there was a big bloody spot (like half dollar size on my shee at the foot whenre its tucked in, and all the bottom sheets had blood smeared all over them when i lifted the blanket on the end of the mattress to check for more bugs. No one was at the desk after i checked and i didnt have money to go elsewhere so i atayed up all night freaking out about bugs being on me dad got up at 3 to use the bathroom ( he is an amputee with end stage kifney failure so he hadnt had to use the restroom before then) and his chair wouldnt fit in the bathroom at all he couldnt even get transferred to the toilet which ended in a mess to clean up we got up at 4 and we left at 5 am for my dads surgery, once again no one anywhere to be seen so i could ask for a refund or at least make a complaint and get a phone number. Trash place to stay. Which sucks because all the other Wyndhams.ive stayed in were clean and pretty nice
