This place was gross! Smelled awful and had mold growing in vents in bathroom and in bathroom. Disgusting!

Room was clean but not to standards it should be. Husband had to clean out massive hair clog so water in bath would drain. Housekeeping should have noticed this issue. No extra toilet paper in room. All that would not have bothered me except for the constantly running water in tub. Not a drip, a stream that could not be turned off. Not sure why it was never reported or if had been by previous guests or housekeeping, was not fixed before booking the room.

The lake view is beautiful! The location is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived and my dad is in a wheelchair, we were put on 2nd floor in a room that had dirty towels everywhere and bed unmade so i called down and they moved us to a new room, about 2 hours after arriving i feel something on me, i jump up and look and its of course a bed bug (i took pics) i checked the bed and there was a big bloody spot (like half dollar size on my shee at the foot whenre its tucked in, and all the bottom sheets had blood smeared all over them when i lifted the blanket on the end of the mattress to check for more bugs. No one was at the desk after i checked and i didnt have money to go elsewhere so i atayed up all night freaking out about bugs being on me dad got up at 3 to use the bathroom ( he is an amputee with end stage kifney failure so he hadnt had to use the restroom before then) and his chair wouldnt fit in the bathroom at all he couldnt even get transferred to the toilet which ended in a mess to clean up we got up at 4 and we left at 5 am for my dads surgery, once again no one anywhere to be seen so i could ask for a refund or at least make a complaint and get a phone number. Trash place to stay. Which sucks because all the other Wyndhams.ive stayed in were clean and pretty nice
