Front desk clerk was about as personable as a rock. Property is undergoing renovation, so it may be better in the future, but my room was run down and dated. Room was clean and complimentary breakfast was good, but I'd recommend other options in the area.
Have booked this hotel 2 times. First stay was good. This time not so much. Room smells bad, lights flicker in bathroom like a strobe, sheets had stains, breakfast was cold and missing essentials( milk for cereal, sugar for coffee, plates, eggs ran out.) Shampoo missing from bathroom, only one wash cloth. I’m in town for several days. I’ll find another place for tonight.

Room was Clean and nice, the staff was very friendly helpful and great rates.
When we first walked in our room, it smelled bad & there was a Budweiser can sitting on the night stand with tobacco spit in it. Used soap in the shower and at the sink and I don't think the sheets had been changed. But they had the best breakfast bar I've ever seen at a hotel which even included items for the allergy sensitive (ie almond milk). The little gal working the breakfast area was excellent, very friendly & polite. Just need someone else in housekeeping!
We stayed for 2 days while having family Thanksgiving. While the hotel is not fancy, room was quiet and good size, had a refrigerator, and lots of cable channels. We found the desk clerk to be helpful and friendly. There are a number of restaurants and a huge Kroger close by.
We traveled through Hopkinsville on our way home from Gulf Shores. This Best Western was very comfortable, inviting, clean, polite - a positive experience. The breakfast was much more than what was expected - with waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy with lots of sausage, good juice and coffee, plus wonderful rolls. Thank you to a fine staff. We were very pleased with your hotel. "Back home again in Indiana"
The location is good, easy to find. Front and side entrances. The motel offers discounts on Applebee's (next door) and O'Charleys. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast, which was the usual, but well presented. Our room was fine, other than a trace of cigarette odor even though it was a non-smoking room. We would have switched rooms but had already unpacked our coolers into the fridge and it was too much trouble. (oops - forgot to tell the desk about that when we checked out.) The elevator broke down during the evening so we had to tote our things down from the 3rd floor, which was an inconvenience, but things happen.
