Excellent staff, especially front desk and the friendliest kitchen greeter ever!!

Room was Clean and nice, the staff was very friendly helpful and great rates.

When we first walked in our room, it smelled bad & there was a Budweiser can sitting on the night stand with tobacco spit in it. Used soap in the shower and at the sink and I don't think the sheets had been changed. But they had the best breakfast bar I've ever seen at a hotel which even included items for the allergy sensitive (ie almond milk). The little gal working the breakfast area was excellent, very friendly & polite. Just need someone else in housekeeping!

We stayed for 2 days while having family Thanksgiving. While the hotel is not fancy, room was quiet and good size, had a refrigerator, and lots of cable channels. We found the desk clerk to be helpful and friendly. There are a number of restaurants and a huge Kroger close by.

We traveled through Hopkinsville on our way home from Gulf Shores. This Best Western was very comfortable, inviting, clean, polite - a positive experience. The breakfast was much more than what was expected - with waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy with lots of sausage, good juice and coffee, plus wonderful rolls. Thank you to a fine staff. We were very pleased with your hotel. "Back home again in Indiana"

The location is good, easy to find. Front and side entrances. The motel offers discounts on Applebee's (next door) and O'Charleys. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast, which was the usual, but well presented. Our room was fine, other than a trace of cigarette odor even though it was a non-smoking room. We would have switched rooms but had already unpacked our coolers into the fridge and it was too much trouble. (oops - forgot to tell the desk about that when we checked out.) The elevator broke down during the evening so we had to tote our things down from the 3rd floor, which was an inconvenience, but things happen.

good place for the money i liked it. would stay again.

It was very comfortable and was a priced at a great rate compared to the other hotels in the area. I do believe that they could do a better job at cleaning the showers though. I saw 2 strands of hair in the shower and the shower head had some build up on it. Other than that it was ok.

I stayed three nights at this hotel and all the staff were wonderful. It was quiet at night and the rooms were clean. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Everything was ready before check in time. Room was clean and nice.

I will not stay in any other place when I go to that area of the country

Convenient to the interstate, stayed for 3 nights to visit daughter. in my opinion this hotel is the best value in Hoppkinsville. maid service every day, great breakfast in the morning, close to several restaurants.

I had a tore up office chair in my room that was quickly replaced aftet I called the front desk. The continental breakfast was great. They had hot biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit and a waffle station. I did however have some hair strands in the shower. Overall good stay

When I checked in, the front desk person was really friendly. I got to my room and the chair avt the desk was tore up. I called the front desk and it was replaced within minutes. There was hair in the shower. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Very nice staff and a big clean quiet room. I will stay again for sure.
