Tv in room had crack in it. Told maintenance would come and replace never saw them. Multiple people came in to look at it. No fix as it was an internal tv issue. Could barely watch the patriots on national tv. 😢😢

Rude lady.

Breakfast was great as usual. Room comfortable. Front desk subpar with 20 minute check in and Joann with an attitude I guess I didn’t say “you too” loud enough when she said, “have a good day” because then she yelled it at me as I walked away. Very rude every time I have been here. If not for her this would be my go too hotel. Never staying at this location again.

First-class in every way

One of the best hotel experiences I have had lately. Room was very clean and well-appointed with generous bathroom provisions. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant and very helpful when needed. Free breakfast was excellent and dining area very comfortable. After a poor hotel experience the last time I had to travel overnight to a different area, this hotel contributed greatly to a great trip for us.

Poor location & overpriced:

Poor location next to McDonald & other cheap hotels. Overpriced at $163/night: the suite is just a sofa area w/in the room. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was like Quality Inn stuffs: self-made waffles, processed scrambled egg, coffee tasted poor quality! Yogurt were too sweet: non of the low sugar or Greek ones, fruits unwashed/uncut;
