Comfortable, quiet room. Dining facility, fairly spartan, limited menu. Convenient to Schiphol airport by train, 1 stop away then short walk (hotel is visible from the train platform). Helpful staff.

Thought it had better transportation links to AMS, but there was a sign suggesting to check to see if the train was running before you left for AMA. No longer has a shuttle. Made it fine to AMS, but i will stay elsewhere next time

All good as expected.

The property itself was ok, close to the train. But the staff had issues. I checked in, went to the room and someone was already in that room, so I went back down to desk and they gave me a new room. But for some reason they had my name wrong In Their system and so when I came back the next day from sightseeing and wanted to buy water (which yes, they don’t have any there complimentary) they couldn’t find me in their system. They said they’d figure it out but I was tired so I went back to room and key didn’t work. Had to go back down to desk, get new keys, it’s was a mess. They said their system had gone down when I checked in, but I think the new girl at the desk just messed things up. No mini fridge in the rooms, either.

Nice rooms and facility unfortunately Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms.

I think it is great. Clean, attractive, well-appointed, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle bus to Schipol, excellent prices.

Understaffed. Reception never answers the phone. Not enough seating spaces at breakfast lounge. Huge lines for check in, check.out. Staff has no idea about Hilton Honors if you happen to be one.

What I liked about this hotel is that it includes a free shuttle and free breakfast. Also, there is train station walking distance that takes you to Amsterdam Centraal where the main attractions are.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable and a great value for the money. Special pluses for the breakfast. We enjoyed watching the coots in the canal.

This is a great place to stay if you want somewhere close to the airport and Amsterdam. The train is a quick walk from the hotel. Great breakfast is served at the hotel.
