Spanning approximately 640 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, the 1 Bedroom - Mountain View (1DR) suite comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with remarkable style and convenience. The private bedroom features two comfortable double beds and a 55-inch flat-panel Smart TV, complemented by a spa-inspired bathroom outfitted with a sleek shower, a deep soaking bathtub, an elegant vanity area, and a private water closet equipped with a TOTO washlet. Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Friday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Arrival Instructions: Drivers should pull up to the 2nd-floor Lobby porte cochère on Kalia Road (past Rainbow Drive) for valet parking. Shuttle passengers should disembark at the Lower Lobby shuttle terminal and take guest elevators to the Lobby.

• Incidental Deposit: A $250 incidental deposit is required upon check-in.

• Daily Resort Charge: Includes internet access; InnSpire streaming media service; cultural activities; exercise classes; movie night; and a 10% discount on beach services, water sports rentals, and upgraded umbrella/lounge packages. Price includes $40.00 USD resort charge per night, but excludes taxes and government charges.

• Parking Details: 24-hour valet parking is available in the main lobby of Hilton Hawaiian Village for $89 plus tax per day ($110 plus tax per day for oversized vehicles). Self-parking is available in the resort garage for $69 plus tax per day. EV charging is available on-site at $0.39 per kWh. Fees are subject to change.

• Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight local time must notify the front desk in advance; otherwise, reservations are treated as no-shows and subject to cancellation without notice.

House Rules / Policies

• Non-Smoking Property: A fee of up to $300 USD will be assessed for smoking in non-smoking rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are not permitted on property grounds. Officially documented service animals are welcome.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
