This resort is top notch in every way. The staff, from valet, to desk, to maid service, to excursion assistance, to the staff in the resident restaurants and stores are all amazing! The room we booked was very nice. Some resorts spend more on exterior than interior, but this resort focuses on both. From having a spacious room with very comfortable beds, to providing smaller but important details like good in-room coffee and detachable shower head (which is more rare in the US). They manage to touch on the finer details which keep it classy while keeping the experience relaxed and family friendly. The location is obviously ideal and absolutely beautiful. I would stay here again, no doubt.

When we checked in, we were recognized that we’ve stayed at Outrigger before. That was very nice. Gentleman who checked us in was so personable and friendly. The housekeeper was the sweetest lady. Every time she saw us she always greeted us and to always ask if we needed anything. All the employees at Outrigger were all friendly.

This hotel and its staff are absolutely exceptional!! Frank at the front desk made us feel so comfortable and almost like family. They have a special way of making you feel like you’re the only guest in the resort. What a fantastic experience! The hotel is right on the beach, close to all of the shops and restaurants. It’s paradise!
