*Balcony Spalling Work Notification:
Please be advised that spalling repair work on the balcony is scheduled to begin mid-June 2025 and continue through August 30, 2025. Work hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Expect noise disturbances, including jackhammering and drilling during work hours. Balcony access will be restricted for safety reasons throughout the duration of the project. The entire building’s spalling project is expected to be completed by late October 2025.

The Ilikai Marina located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd on the 15th Floor.
