I've never received so many advance confirmation phone calls from a hotel property before check-in. The first one seemed unnecessary but like a nice, welcoming gesture... but by calls 4 and 5, over-eager and bothersome. Otherwise it is a very new, clean, and comfortable property. Laundry is free but always occupied and clearly undersized for the number of guests.

Nice location, rooms were spacious and nice simple amenities. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooftop offers a great view of Friday fireworks in Waikiki. Would definitely stay here again.
