An exterior painting and spalling repair project to enhance the building’s structural integrity and appearance with minimal Ilikai Hotel and Luxury Suites: Luxury studio with City Views and Kitchen, adjacent to Waikiki Beach and Yacht Harbor, and just 2 blocks to Hawaii Convention Center and Ala Moana Beach Park.

In addition, every luxury suite features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, spacious bathrooms with tiled massage-jet showers, and technology-laden living spaces decked out with wall-mounted 40-inch HD televisions, high-speed internet connectivity, and dual oscillating air-conditions systems.
