This stylish and cozy Waikiki Condo is located off Liliuokalani St. in the heart of Waikiki. 1 bedroom 1 bath on ground level, furnished with queen size bed in the bedroom and futon sofa in the living room, a/c in the bedroom. The building has a pool, Laundry room, and a common patio area for guests. The condo is close to fine dining, local food trucks, and shopping.
Very short distance to Waikiki Beach, a short distance to Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Shell for concerts, and one block to Kuhio Ave bus stops that can take you all over Oahu.
Hot water, cable TV, and internet are included in the rent. There is a $200 dollar credit provided toward Electricity, Tenants must reimburse the host for their personal use of electricity above the $200 credit amount.
The condo does not come with a parking space. Monthly Parking is available at Waikiki Banyan on the next street over. Free parking is possible on Ala Wai Blvd. We enforce a strict no-pets policy. 30-night minimum stay.
