Park Hotel Hong Kong

Stayed here for 2 nights. Nice hotel and convenient location. Did a tour to Macau and the tour guide picked us up at Park Hotel. Front desk staff are friendly.

The Park Hotel is well situated in the heart of Kowloon and has nice amenities such as a handy phone to use around town (GPS) if you're not familiar with the area. The value of the hotel is very good since there are so many expensive hotels in the area, such as The Peninsula, The Langham, Shangri-la and more. It's location is excellent for walking around the Kowloon area and close to the MTR (subway to Hong Kong Island). The airport express shuttle bus stop that takes you to the Kowloon station is across the street from the hotel, extremely convenient. Nathan Road is about two blocks away and crowded with people. The hotel room size is adequate but the bathroom is quite small. Still a nice hotel with a pretty decent buffet breakfast spread. If you want an inexpensive hotel with good location, try the Park Hotel in Kowloon. Do not use the money exchange across the street from the hotel, go down the street and much better rates are available.

I was very impressed specially by the size of the rooms & the facilities provided by the Hotel, specially the free use of the mobile phone. Very thoughtful & practical.

Friendly staff ,clean and comfortable room. We got upgrade!

It's hard to find a family hotel room for 4 in Hong Kong. Park Hotel is located in such a great place. You can walk to everything!

nice hotel in a busy tourist district. the main entrance is on a side street; the side entrance on the main street is nondisticntive and easily missed. lobby rather small and often packed with guests in and out. excellent noise control, couldn't hear any of the neighbors. a good variety of food in the hotel restaurant and cafe.

The rest of the hotel was satisfactory. But the Park Breakfast Buffet was the worst I have had in Hong Kong. Hot food was cold, cold food was not iced or chilled. Cinnamon swirl was cinnamon in gelatin and some sort of flaky dough. The worst was the coffee. Calling it mud would be complimentary.

Having been to Hong Kong many times I did not know what to expect since I never stayed at the Park, and this area in Kowloon. I was presently surprised...location was great for me and everything about the hotel was wonderful. It may not be a five star hotel, but it is a great place to stay. It afforded me all that I expected and more...the staff was very helpful and room was always immaculate. I can't speak for a family holiday place to stay, but as a single adult it was perfect. Next time around, I will be back at the Park!

I've been in Hong Kong many times but wanted a no-frills nice place to start in Kowloon. Wasn't sure what to expect from the Park Hotel, but was very pleasantly surprised. It's a modest hotel, but absolutely great for single person. Great location, room spotless with excellent amenities, very helpful staff and very enjoyable! Plan to stay again next year when I return.

Clean comfortable room. Good value for money. Central location. Friendly staff and good room service menu

Nice hotel and excellent value for money. Close to lots of shopping and great restaurants.

Great location. Right next to the mtr. Staff was not very nice or helpful. Room was on the smaller side but was nicely done.

The hotel is very centrally located to the neighborhood, there is lots of shopping and near by restaurants. The room was large and had an icey cold a/c. The bathroom was large and very clean. It's a great value for the money.

Rooms are clean. Had to change rooms 3 times. Once because a/c didn't work. 2x due to noise. Stay away from the elevator. You can't sit in the bar without buying a drink. Which is a problem because the lobby is always full. They charge you to store you bags I you run into china for a day. The wifi was nice to have, but they charge by the device, not the room. Something to think about if you have a laptop and a phone. The breakfast buffet had a bunch of stuff, but not much of it felt very fresh. The staff was very helpful and attended to issues very fast. The basic room feels old and cheap. The newer rooms are better for sure. When staying in Hong Kong always ask about renovations and nearby construction. Avoid when possible.

The hotel is well situated in a very convenient and central location. Make sure you get what you are promised by directly contacting the hotel after you reserve through the internet web site,as the Hotel management refused to honor what was promised on the web site, saying that it is not their terms and they did not authorize it.

Once again, I found myself enjoying the Park Hotel for the convenience and assurance of a pleasant stay. Fast check in and a very helpful staff. Was very comfortable and I recommend it especially for the quick turn business travellers since it is right on the Express Shuttle route.

I'd been having recent "misfortune" at the hotel I normally stay at adjacent to the China Ferry Terminal in Kowloon and decided to try another. By pure chance the Park Hotel won the draw and I was extremely pleased. Great, courteous staff. Clean and comfortable rooms you can actually move around in and serviced by the Airport Express Shuttle. A bit removed from the main attractions but well worth the nice walk to other areas.

If you like TST while in Hong Kong, this is right in the heart of the action; we could walk to liteally every venue we chose. Rooms are good size, especailly by Hong Kong standards; if you've ever stayed on the island you know what I'm talking about. These are more like standard USA size rooms. Clean and well functioning, nice bath with plenty of room as well.

Great Hotel, Great location, great staff. I found the hotel staff to be pleasant. This makes a big difference. Also, the location is in the cnetral shopping areas, and about 10 mins walk to the nearest Metro station

i write this after literally stomping on a cockroach in the hotel lobby. Why am I in the lobby? Because this is the only place that has wi fi. The food served in the hotel is terrible and expensive. On the brighter side of things, the location is great, and the room is ok. All in all I'd recommend the holiday inn over this place, honestly, I would.

Dear Valued Guest, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We have noted your valuable feedback on the lobby, and we are sorry that as our hotel was almost running full house that made the lobby cramped. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you. In regard to the lighting condition in guest room, we would appreciate if you could provide us with the registered guest’s full name and staying period for our further investigation. Alternatively, guests are always encouraged to contact our staff members who are readily available to offer assistance during their stay. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Warmest regards, Michelle Mak, Hotel Manager, Park Hotel Hong Kong
