My wife and I were in Hong Kong on business and stayed here for a week. Excellent location, great breakfast, courteous and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room with a great view. Only issue we had was upon our arrival they were renovating a unit close to us so it was noisy. We asked for a room change and they moved us right away.

You can not find a better hotel in the center of it all in Hong Kong. You are treated like royalty from the minute you approach the entrance of this chic modern high rise. I will visit again for sure.

Easy access to everywhere. Hotel bar too expensive. Go across the street. Pretty good 'to go' coffee at lobby restaurant. Very clean. Courteous and helpful staff.

Hotel is close to most markets and shopping centers. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The "handy" smartphone was great and super helpful! Only drawback was the serviceprovided by the Conceirge. I felt they did not provide info for tourists about the city. Most of what I did was based on self research.

Truly a 5 star hotel. Amazing staff, good location, classy rooms. I enjoyed the stay so much that I teared up when I checked out. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

There was still a showercap in the shower when i got in. The shower floor looked like i could catch foot disease. Hated the wireless access. Confusing way to access! I was often losing connection. And i paid $375 per night?

it was good they have a good service and luxury rooms

Staff was friendly and courteous. Service was fine. Room was ok - what you would expect for a business hotel. A little above average, but no five star experience. I would recommend it if you needed a couple of quick nights in HK as the value is good.

Perfect location and no doubt a 5 star property. Unlike other hotels we've stayed in in Kowloon, this one didn't ever feel claustrophobic and had amazing views. No complaints and had a perfect time. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a superb location. Walk to most of the Kawloon attaractions, Star Ferry & Ave of the Stars. Excellent view towards Hong Kong and its skyline (we stayed on the 19th floor). Clean, well equipped rooms. The only part we did not like was in-room internet access charge of HK $80/ day (US $10).

Awesome view, locale, service.

I relaxed, laid by the pool, when to cafe every morning..The staff there was very manner.Starting from checking in: [...](female) checked me in. Very respectful in all ways.Housekeeping was great, cafe really nice.I give rating of 100% over all. Only thing I would have enjoyed if there was a place to have a nice massage.. The compare is a five star in my book..

This trip was unbelieveable! This may sound strange, but the stay was just perfect. Very happy with Hotel service and staff. If I go back, I will stay at the Hyatti Regency again..

Hotel is new - October 09. It has a few growing pains with room equipment( television) that needs adjustment. But staff was quick to respond and fix. The location was superb - would go back next time.
