I was not given what I had originally reserved and I had to pay an additional day out of pocket because the room I had originally booked was not available. We left the trash from the room outside hoping one of the employees would take it but trash was full and had to constantly request the basic necessities that come with the booking.

Very disappointed

We had a great start to our stay but then my mom slipped and fell in the tub. There were so mats or safety grips on the tub floor. I was already concerned due to the shower curtain not containing the water (it was all over the floor, and I had to mop it up). I had to call 911 to help get my 90yo mom up. When I told the front desk I may need a later checkout (I explained what was happening) she informed me we would be charged. Mom was taken out by ambulance. Thankfully we didn’t need to have a late check out. Very disappointed in their professionalism. She didn’t even inquire as to my mom’s conduction when we left. Had the tub been non slip we would have had a chance to enjoy our trip to visit friends. Now, we are leaving the ER and headed home. Do better Holiday Inn!

Couldn’t Check In On Time

They did not have our room ready on time. We had to wait for our room, which made us late for a family function.We went on anyway. It was just horrible. They didn’t give us a timeframe of when the room would be ready. We couldn’t get dressed or ready to go. They said they couldn’t accommodate or give any money refunds because it goes through hotels.com and I have to deal with you guys for the inconvenience. I’m asking for compensation back. I should not have paid for the full stay when I wasn’t there fully. Oh a side note: House cleaning came in our room early this morning around 10:20am well before check out.

Swank wedding party.
