good location, no elevator to second floor room and only one baggage cart on site. Property was clean but dated, hallways dark and dingy.. Staff was nice and helpful with directions etc..to various sites. Breakfast was great and well stocked one morning but the next everything was tired and empty, different attendant gets different results.. Overall you get what you pay for, decent room in a hotel pricey town

Booked a night on Labor Day weekend late so not much to choose from. Room was ok comfort-wise but no coffee maker in room, free breakfast was pretty lame and no one used the pool which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Guess it served its purpose as a bed for one night on our way to a much nicer hotel in Ludington that cost 1/3 less.

It is a basic motel and that's fine, stayed in a lot of those Never stayed in a 2 story motel with no elevator before!! I didn't think that was allowed per the ADA. Paid for a king room, was told they don't have any ????? First room the a/c stopped working so they moved us to a whirlpool room. Oh my word! It honestly looked like it was designed by a Moroccan pimp! I couldn't stop laughing. The staff was fine but will never stay there again. I want a bit more comfort in a Comfort Inn

If you are in need of a hotel for an overnight this would be a good one for you.

It was ok but location wasn't the best and wide variety of people. Pillows were horrible. Not sure I'd stay again.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to downtown Holland. Other than that I would not advise anyone to stay here for more than one night. The shower was dirty, had to hold the handle down on the toilet in order for it to flush, and the room had an old mildew smell to it.

average. Just a place to stay overnight. Nice enough, just passing through.

For the price it was pretty good. The room was comfortable, clean, well maintained and with free wifi. We would stay here again. There is a pool that we never used since it was too cold, but overall it was a pretty good experience. It's a plus that it's near the highway too.

visited with my wife and two older daughters for two nights. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Pool was ok but whirlpool/spa was not working. Front desk personnel were helpful. Would return to Comfort Inn for good value for the price.

not much of a breakfast.

I recommend the hotel. It is very quiet, clean hotel and cheap. Brekfast is good enough but if anything runs out from the breakfast they do not refill.

The comfort in in Holland I found was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I was a little surprised when we arrived to find that they had no elevator. We had to carry our bags up the stairs. I really think they need to invest in new mattresses and new pillows. I think some of my bath towels have more fill to them then the pillows did. The location was very good for where we needed to be. They only had one chair in the room.
