The room was filthy! Dog food and trash along the baseboards and corners. What I believe was dog feces stains all over the carpet. Shower didn't drain. No toilet paper holder, flooring unfinished from remodel, broken windows, stains all over the couch, and the elevator broke down as I was getting on. But breakfast was good, so they get 1 star.

The breakfast was not edible. The eggs were overcooked, and floating in water. Gravy was broke. No coffee was made. The first room they gave us had peeled paint coming off the walls in the shower that had fallen into the tub. Found several dark hairs on the bed. The front desk guy that night moved us to another room, and was pleasant. The next morning we found two roaches crawling on the end table between the beds. Totally grossed out! The morning girl was rude. We have stayed here a few other times, and had no issues. This ruined us on ever staying here ever again. Went totally down hill.

I woke up to bed bugs in my bed, it was very disturbing and disgusting and the second room had condoms in the trash can when we arrived, i recorded the.bugs and showed it to.staff, i would not recommend this hotel.to.anyone.
