I have no complaints

I like that it is close to restaurants and walmart. The room was a good value and a nice size. I did not like that they stated there would be breakfast and there was not breakfast the 2 days we were there. The people in the room next to us were very noisy. We were not provided hand towels.

Very enjoyable stay, friendly staff, clean room. Much more enjoyable than La Quinta Inns and Suites in El Paso Cielo Vista, it is a dump. But our stay in Hobbs was very pleasant.

The pool was down. I understand these things happen but the juice machine was down. The ice machine on 3 was down. Our handicapped room has bench you fold down in tub and it was broken out of the wall. Didn’t see it tell next morning when getting in tub. And were checking out that day. The broken bench is dangerous and when we were checking out we told staff and they were very apologetic and I understand they are doing best they can. Staff was great but this hotel need some heavy maintenance. Don’t plan to stay there again

Absolutely not worth your time, or money! The only things they kind of have going for it you can get for a much better value. Those are a clean comftorable bed and a breakfast. The pillows are even horrible. The bathroom was beyond filthy, had blood on the floor, poop on the door frame and even the ceiling! The carpet was stained while the whole room smelled musty and of mildew. Booked threw Orbitz and they called to confirm I needed a ADA Handicapped room and was traveling with pets. Confirmed all information for the first floor room. At check in desk had no info, said no room available and I yes I should have requested one, or been to the hotel earlier to get the room I wanted. They did not even have that I had pets with me. The blackout curtains were shredded, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work causing rust, mildew, water damage, and mold. Toilet stopped up in tthe middle of the night and the night clerk would not EVEN LOOK FOR A PLUNGER. Just said it was in the maintenance closest and could not be accessed until 7am but would have maintenance up at 7am exactly. Also said GM would be in at 7am! Until than can use public restrooms on 1st floor, we were on 3rd! At 7:30 still no maintenance person, and found out clerk never even told morning clerk. Morning clerck retrieves plunger (not in licked maintenance closest) and informs me GM won't be in until tomorrow! Hot tub jets don't work, women's public restroom door handle broken and water leak on ceiling.

My only complaint was the elevator was out of order and we were on 3rd floor. Made for good exercise, though, and certainly was not hotel's fault. They were trying to correct the problem.

it was not good at all. the breakfast was terrible. the food was not even (eggs) hot. Rolls were like rocks. in the room the ac wasn't working and the desk clerk said she would get me a fan! !00 degree weather and a Fan. The place wasn't crowded either.

My recent stay was as great as all others at the La Quinta. Always a great staff and very clean property and rooms.

We visited our son who lives down there. It was very clean & hospitable place to stay. The food was great too. However, did someone else get a cheaper rate?

In spite of the checked items above, the stay was great and would stay again. Went on VA business for one night. It would have been better had other patrons kids been on a different wing or floor. Just as I fell asleep around midnight kids come running and slamming doors. Woke me up and had trouble going back to sleep. Otherwise, Staff, room, etc was really great. Perhaps our next visit will be better,eh? Thanks La Quinta

We had a late night noise problem with upstairs occupants. The clerk on duty took care of this problem promptly. The A/C thermostat is difficult to adjust. No visible instructions available

The room was nice. I had booked and paid with my credit card through Orbitz and when checking out, the front desk person did not know that Orbitz had paid with a Mastercard and they took my card and rebilled me for the stay. When I checked my credit card account, Orbitz had billed me 80.00 for the room per night and then the motel billed me again but they billed me at 61.00 per night. I then called the motel and they told me to call Orbitz which I did. Orbitz was able to get it fixed (I hope) my credit card still has not been credited for either one of the charges.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was close to all the shopping areas,restaurants and casino which was very convienent. The rooms were quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful which makes a huge difference in you stay. Great overall experience, what more can I say.
