Great place , affordable
We were the only guests for a couple of days, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We were greeted every time we arrived or left the building, and we had complimentary waters every day!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are excellent and very friendly and try to assist the guests.
The hotel was nice. Clean and accommodating. I didn't have an issue until we checked out. On top of my charges for my stay there was an additional charge of almost three hundred dollars. I obviously live out of town, so I called. I spoke to Barbara who was no help at all. She wanted me to fax my credit card to them. When I refused she wanted me to mail it to them. I asked for an email to contact the general manager and she refused. She told me to overnight it through the mail. When I finally was able to convince her to have the GM (Henry) contact me, he refused to speak to me and just wanted a copy of my credit card statement showing the charges. His reply to my first email was short and rude. Once my second email showed both charges, the tone changed quickly. He promised to send a letter to help remove the additional charge, but again nothing was sent. I will not be staying here again.

We do apologize for the pool and the breakfast. The pool will be opening soon and breakfast was down due to the covid restrictions. We should have things back to normal soon!!!

We do apologize for the confusion and we did not at all mean to come off as rude to you in the email we will have a talk with the management team and front desk clerks. After looking into the matter we see that they bank was holding the funds for some reason we do not know why this is however we will adjust our approach to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else and we would like to thank you for being this to our attention.
