The room was spacious, clean and comfortable in a wonderful location, within a few minutes walk of the Ben Thanh Market and a ten minute walk from the night walking street. A major standout for this hotel besides location is the quality and variety of breakfast. Wow! The food was always fresh and delicious. We never went hungry. One area of concern that was a bit off putting was the constant smell of sewage in the lobby. Thankfully the rest of the hotel did not face this issue and was very pleasant smelling.

Location is very good, near the market, metro and only 10 mins walk from the Independence Palace. Breakfast had a good selection and all the staff were very helpful. There were a few issues with the room. If you book a Deluxe and not a room with a view, your view could be a brick wall only a few inches from the window and with little natural light! I would not have minded if this had been clear on the booking. Also, the way the shower head is designed in the bathroom, it turns the area into a wet-room, even though there is a shower screen.i had a few room issues which although I reported them weren’t fixed- the bath drain was partially blocked, and annoyingly a ‘LED night light’ came on above the bed each night which had no switch- I asked for it to be turned off, but it wasn’t sorted. Overall, it could be and excellent hotel for the level and price, but just missed the mark with the view and room issues.

Very noisy. Hotel didn’t inform us that the next building is doing renovation. Construction started at 6:00 A.M. Late night check in was not good. We got two rooms, 4 people total but they only brought 2 cups of drinks. Didn’t explained much. We have the VIP booking but no upgrade. It was stated that there would be afternoon tea but no one tells us where to get it. Staff were not helpful with assisting. Very unfriendly, no smiles.

Excellent hôtel!

There was a slight problem with the wifi in our room but the General Manager Mr Trish Dang Khoa quickly gave us another room. He took excellent care of us during our whole stay and made sure our transportation to Dalat was as easy as possible. The complementary afternoon high tea was wonderful! The only negative comments would be that coffee in the morning wasn’t to our taste nor hot enough, and that the fact that the hotel offers access to the relatively small swimming pool to non-guests. Backpackers from nearby hostels take advantage of this, the price includes towels and a free drink, and it gets a bit crowded and loud for hotel guests.
