From the very beginning the staff was attentive, customer caring and effective. Nice and clean room with a daily free minibar Excellent and tasty breakfast! There is a buffet and a la card breakfast.An Italian espresso and a caputchino as well are included. The pool on the roof has excellent view and you may enjoy it during the Happy Hour. The staff serving the breakfast, restaurant and the pool area is fantastic. They approaching the customers very attentive and professional They remembered every customers choice of drinks or meals and the next day they were asking the customer whether they would like the same choice Such a service you can find only at the most exclusive world resorts. I would like to mention more of the staff members names like Jessica, Anna, Antony and more others.

Overall the hotel is good. The doors men provided great service. I think they are the key to this hotel. The only set back was the Mekong trip they booked for us did not come through. They told us they will not use the same provider for the service again.
Good location highly recomended hotel with good breakfast
This property is sufficient. In comparison to other hotels, that are much better priced, I do not feel as if this hotel is worth it. I stayed at a sister property, and had none of the issues I had at this location, which hints to this solely being a managerial issue. When I checked in, I was told that I did not have a reservation. I feel with a good manager, staff would be trained to solve the issue prior to making these statements to guests. This hotel offers a buffet breakfast, however, additional items, including their "Western Breakfast" has to be ordered a la carte. I ordered this breakfast twice while staying at this hotel, and both times, the servers completely forgot about my order, leading me to stay at breakfast for almost an hour, which is just absurd. Constantly at breakfast, guests are flagging servers down. All staff at this hotel needs to be retrained. Again, stayed at the sister property and had none of these issues. In addition, the rooms are outdated (however, I believe the hotel is currently undergoing renovations). In my opinion, this hotel did not meet my standards of a four star hotel, nor is it well-priced for what you receive. Stay at their sister property Alagon D'Antique, which is half the price, in a great location, perfect up-to-date accommodations, has exceptional service, outstanding food, and 24 hour room service, with over 10 pages of food options. I would not recommend staying here for the price.
