WTF This is a scam!!! And Expedia is now a portal for fraud. The property doesn’t exist. The listing gives a bogus name and address. It listed the name of the community, which consisted of a huge mall, a park and a hotel with 18 buildings. The hotel staff said it was a scam and that I was the umpteenth guest to arrive with this ‘booking.’ When I reported it to Expedia, they initially said i couldn’t get a refund because they couldn’t get approval from the property manager to issue a refund. No shit. No one answers the phone! I replied to Expedia that they were insane to side with the scammer host. Two days later, they issued me a refund anyway. Yet they have the gall to ask for a review. Meaning what? They’re keeping this thief so they could continue stealing? Wake up, Expedia. How many more of these get rich schemers are on your platform? I’m staying from you until you address this. Where did your brains go?!
