Staff very nice and helpful. Location is good in central HCMC nearby to walking street. Excellent laundry services nearby! Room was very hot despite aircon and just OK with cleanliness. Beds were stiff. Multiple story walk-ups should be expected. Fine for one night or a budget traveler that doesn't mind the heat. Staff gave me a free upgrade, but room was very dusty on high surfaces.

Great location in District 1 and close to main attractions. Nice and clean room with the main amenities you need. The hotel manager is kind and helpful. Overall excellent stay. I will book again next time I am in the city. Just note that there is no lift.

This hotel is located in the heart of Bui Vien Street, which is very convenient. The hotel manager is a very kind woman. The rooms are very clean. I have stayed in several hotels in this area, but this one was the most comfortable.

The hostess was amazing. She was very friendly and we had a great conversation. The Sunny Guest House is great value for money. The staff were excellent and so helpful. The location is right in the middle of all the action only a 100 mtrs from Walking Street and about 300 mtrs from the underground Central Markets. The room was surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to everything and included a good bathroom with shower, fridge, TV, WiFi and plenty of space in the room.
