We enjoyed our stay at the Somerset. Suited our needs as a family. Needed to catch grabs everywhere as things weren’t within walking distance. Lovely pool area and staff were friendly and helpful.

Property is good, safe. But the staff can use more training in customer service. When check in, although it was book for four person, only one room key was given and the excuse was it will be provided later, but later never come.

Good memories in Saigon

We love the spacious apartment. We could do laundry and cook if we liked. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We initially booked a transportation with them. We had to pay. However, the driver was at a different gate. So we had to get a “Grab” (a version of taxi/Uber). The staffs apologized and gave us a complementary ride back to the airport. We did not have to argue. They just offered. They were great.

Clean and quiet property in central, safe and affluent district 1. Washing machines in each unit! Staff is very polite and helpful.
