My stay at this hotel was good. But I forgot two shirts and a jacket in the closet and didn’t realize it till I got home. When I called the hotel first, they said nobody found anything in the room but then when I called back the next day, they say they had it at the front desk. They sent me to a website for lost and found items, and I filled out the information and they were supposed to mail my items back but never did. That was two months ago.

Overall very good

Excellent hotel…clean, nice amenities, good breakfast. Turning left out of the hotel was difficult a lot of the time b/c of traffic. Only other complaint was that we booked a one bedroom suite and were out in a room with 2 queens and we were never notified of this change.

We have stayed at this facility multiple times. The biggest problem is the noise from trains and 153. We also noticed fewer options at breakfast this visit (no GF muffins or coffee creamer, limited fruit)

We had a small moving truck and were worried about parking in Chattanooga. It could not have been easier! We were even able to back into a space. The hotel is beautiful and spotless! Our two queen-bed room was huge, and I loved having a full-sized refrigerator for all our water bottles. We walked to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner and had waffles in the lobby (with some of the deluxe toppings on offer). I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, good property

Location very convenient to restaurants, stores. Bathroom layout & fixtures are nice. Kitchenette is well appointed. Bed is comfortable. Sofa/ottoman are overly firm so not too comfortable. Highway noise is very noticeable from window. One elevator was out of order during our stay. There was no conditioner in shower dispenser.
