Loved the stay. Hotel is beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful. I Will definitely stay here when I am in this area again.

THIS WAS THE COOLEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN, Loved it but we went as a family with small children, it was disappointing to walk around and have to explain what pride flags were, "inclusive climbing" unisex bathrooms, queer fest art shows and drag queen shows were... I think these are personal choices and should not be shoved down mine or my childrens throat at every turn. I go to a hotel to relax on vacation , not explain politics and alternate life styles to my kids. I think they took an excellent idea , made it more than cool , then polluted it .

Staff do very little to make sure you are happy. Loimited communication between hotel staff and patrons regarding events / activities. Went for week leading up to NYE, was told by person directly outside of hotel we could just show up at event that evening. I called to verify and were told that was not true but had already cancelled reservations. They said the people outside the lobby do not know anything and dont work with resort.. No effort to help patrons at all. Rude management/ staff. Loved Utah but would not recommend/ stay at Summit.
