Thank you so much for having hot tub up and running!!! We really enjoyed it. The pool was icy, but its that time of year, so we just admired it from afar!! The house and grounds were lovely. Perfect for a birthday weekend for 4 ladies. We enjoyed the kitchen too. Found two dog bones under the recliner, made me giggle, just like home.

We had a fantastic time in Hilton Head as a family of 9! The house worked perfectly- good proximity to the beach and restaurants/sites, had a nice area to gather in, but the backyard was the big draw. We spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub when we were around- that was awesome for kids and adults alike! Overall, we were really happy with everything!

Great place for a family get away. Truly a 10 min walk to the beach, 2 minute golf cart ride. Easy parking at the beach, you pay with an app from your phone. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the teenagers every night. The kitchen was well supplied for making meals as needed. Non-working outlet in the back bathroom. The property management team was very responsive with our requests to service the hot tub chemicals and to deliver a set of towels that were missing for one of the guests. One disappointing factor was the dog hair on the base of the living room furniture and probably on the rugs throughout. One of our guests is very allergic to dogs and we thought that this was a strict no animal property when booking. Nothing allergy meds couldn’t fix but that was still disappointing to find out after the fact.

Great space & location

We loved our time in Hilton Head. The location of the house was perfect for beach access and other areas as well. Everything was comfortable and well put together. The host responded quickly and thoroughly with any questions. We highly recommend this stay for your family!

Really enjoyed our stay at 10 Gardenia. House was in good order when we arrived. Only thing i would suggest is have a company come and spray for Mosquitos! Other than that, house and accommodations were very good.

Amazing August Family Beach Week!!

Close Beach location, pool/spa, Golf Cart rental, bike rental all made it amazing. We made a great vacation happen even with hurricane Debby. The place was spotless inside but little crowded. The deck was yucky. You couldn't sit on the deck, the chairs left rust spots on the towels and it was covered in bird poop, bugs and tree yucky. The table by the pool nice but weak wifi. Spa was gritty but warm and worked whole time. The kitchen is crowded. If you cook it is tiny and almost no counter space to prepare. We only cooked one night because of challenging space issues. The fridge is also a smaller size and the freezer part clunky. But we made it work! Our week hurricane Debby. The power never went out. The pool and spa saw lots of leaves, limbs, bugs, etc. The pool net was very broken we couldn't clean it to enjoy but we had boys and they still played in it. Lifesaver! Our disappoint is that the management company never checked in on us. Not once to see if we were okay, they didn't have an emergency kit on site with candles, or flashlights, not one outreach. We messaged them to ask about the trash and it seemed all they cared about was if the pool guy came back to clean up the pool for the next guests. I would have thought they would have shown a little more compassion knowing we had kiddo's there. Things cannot be perfect and it is up to family to enjoy. We are grateful to have the time together and had a truly fun time. The inside extra's were helpful and great!
