Unit 261 SeaSide Villas is a beautifully updated second floor villa has a wonderful ocean view and has everything one needs for a great vacation. A completely equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, a queen size bed for Mom and Dad and bunks for the kids. The living room TV has a 50" HDTV and there is a 19" television in the bedroom. High speed wireless internet is included.


An elevator is available from the ground level, under the building, parking garage. There is a community coin-operated laundry facility just down the hall.

You are just steps to the beach and swimming pools. Seaside is a short walk to Coligny Plaza for dining, shopping and entertainment and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or golf vacation.

Location and Memories

This trip was a series of “firsts” for us- our first trip to Hilton Head; our first time using VRBO; and our first time staying at a condo rental rather than a hotel. The trip was a wonderful week of making great memories! This location was perfect for our needs- close (just a few moments walk) to the beach; close to shopping (just a few minutes walk) ; and was convenient to wherever we wanted to go via driving. The condo itself was somewhat small but absolutely spotless and was furnished with everything that we needed. The rental agent we dealt with, Meghan, was very pleasant and helpful- always very responsive and efficient in response to our questions. We would come back to this location in the future.
