HILTON HEAD ISLAND RENTAL. This cozy Palmetto Dunes villa is a first-floor unit with peaceful wooded and lagoon views.

Off the entry is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar seating for 2. The dining room has seating for six. In the living room you'll find a sleeper sofa, TV and sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the peaceful woods and lagoon. Guests will enjoy lagoon views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms offer two queen beds, TV, and private bathroom.

Tennis on site! 7817 Centre Court is just a short walk to the beach.

**Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Great location. Love all the amenities and close proximity to the beach.

Tennis condo was excellent. Clean and well stocked with basic linens and kitchen supplies. Plenty of room for family and pets. Property management communication was very professional and timely with well organized information that made our stay enjoyable and easy to follow instructions.

Nestled in the beautiful palmetto Dunes neighborhood. Walking/biking distance to everything. General store is so close. Our place was very spacious and clean. Love the lagoon view. Pool was great too.
