"The grout in the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The tv remote and phone were dirty. The tub was overly slippery, it required rinsing off. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. The pre-registration process was so very impersonal and inconvenient because I still had to check in at the front desk. I didn’t like the pre-registration process because I had to submit a picture ID and credit card information and at check in, I had to do it again."
