Unit was old and disgusting. Bed spreads need throwing out and place needs a paint and some money spent updating it a bit. No microwave to heat food.. Place really needs demolishing its that run down.

Very comfy for the price. Place was once no1 now a little run down but acceptable. Staff courteous and helpful. You have full hotel facilities here. Excellent views across the Bay. Close to the city centre. Yes will stay again.

Close to ocean, swimming pool, quiet, great bistro, very friendly staff who make you feel at home, very cheap rate. Thumbs up, happy,will stay again. Slept very well.

We loved the location of this hotel! 5minute walk to the Wetside Waterpark was a big draw card for my young daughter and I. We also loved shell collecting walks on the beach across the road - and it is a handy 10minute walk to the RSL which we went to a birthday party on the Saturday night. All of the staff we came into contact with were friendly and welcoming. The food is nice at the bistro next door and seems popular on the weekly special nights with the locals too. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about how much fun she had on all the amazing playgrounds around the Bay and it was just so nice to be able to come back and relax in the afternoons at a clean and comfortable place - my daughter even braved a quick chilly dip in the hotel pool a couple of times. We will definitely be back to stay again and even our friends that live in the Bay whom we were visiting, said they now know where they’ll be recommending to people to stay also :)

Very run down in need of a good makeover. Very basic rooms cracks in the walls and paint peeling off. Aircon was dirty and smelt like dead ants.

The bed was so uncomfortable and so were the pillows. There was a duvet on the bed but no blanket or doona (and it is winter) so it was cold. The rooms were very tired and quite dirty. I saw a staff member on check in and that was easy and quick and they have food and a pool, and the location is good.

the only thing I can say is big didn't get quality Wi-Fi so we couldn't watch any movies which was a little bit sad they just need to get a booster on that Wi-Fi and it's perfect place great price what you get your price is great

I’d give it a miss next time

Management and staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. Room was clean but so old and needed a revamp. Rooms not serviced every day but if we wanted servicing like new towels or coffee and milk top up we would have to pay ridiculous prices.
