I just had a lot of problems and ultimately decided to end my trip early rather than wait for my evening flight. The front desk staff was definitely fantastic in providing advice and helping me as I arrived early. When I went to my room after doing a day tour, I was surprised it was a handicapped room, meaning there was no tub or glass for the shower so the toilet was basically in the shower, separated by a curtain. I had a lot of problems with the wifi: after I paid for it, I could not connect other devices. The restaurant choices nearby were not good (one restaurant where it took 45 minutes for a hamburger, one bar with limited food, and one "Asian cuisine" restaurant and then the boat club a few minutes away), and even walking down to the start of the esplanade (along a nice well-lit trail), there still were not great choices.
Very clean, comfortable mattress, staff were lovely, quiet location, no traffic noise, spa bath but and this is a big but, no air conditioning in the bedroom and air in living room cannot possibly reach the bedroom. The ceiling fan was very loud and the windows only opened a fraction. Luckily our visit was not in the summer but still the room was hot it would be unbearable in the summer.
