What a gorgeous, hidden gem in the village of koutouloufari. We have been visiting the villages for many years and this has been our favourite place to stay. Sandika is the closest you will get to a villa in or even near to koutouloufari without paying villa prices. We stayed in apartment 8 which was spacious and beautifully clean. There was wine, cake, honey, coffee in the apartment on arrival and all free to use. We have stayed in some expensive accommodation in Crete and never had a welcome as lovely as this. The owners are on hand and happy to help with anything you need, but also important to us, they gave us our space and privacy to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break. The facilities are excellent - working oven, washing machine and there are gorgeous views of the sea. Plus this accommodation is less than 5 mins walk from all the beautiful bars and restaurants. It’s hard to express how wonderful our stay was in Sandika apartments, but to give you an idea we have already requested our next stay here for next year. Highly recommended

Had a wonderful time at Sandika Apartments in Koutouloufari! What a fantastic find! Clean, excellent facilities, easy communication, almost felt like we had our own pool as it was always quiet and easy to get a sunbed! Perfect location in such a beautiful village with lots of bars and excellent restaurants on our doorstep. Highly recommend!
