Went into room to drop off bags. Beds looked like they were slept in . Looked like they hadn't vacuumed in weeks. Air conditioner had black stuff all over vents.

I found the staff super nice. But the rooms conditions weren’t very pleasant. Found the room smelled like an old damp basement. Towels had black on and brown stains. Bedding smelled very stale.

Room was ok, usb plugins on the splitter did not work, We also found a used snuff pouch beside the bed so attention to detail doesn't seem like priority. The Hot Tub and Pool were fine. It's your average 2 Star hotel PS: there is NOT continental breakfast despite the pictures

I did actually enjoy the hotel the area isn’t too bad especially the location access to things the outdoor space is nice has a little pavilion and little playground area the room itself could be more clean as soon as we arrived we had to ask for new bedding which was provided but they informed us there was some “red stains” at the bottom there was also cigarette burns in the bedding and all over the floor I’d say they could work on getting new things and the cleanliness but it’s still an ok place to stay the pool was very nice and has a jacuzzi

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The pillows had dirty stains all over them as well as the bedspread. The blanket on top had cigarette holes on it. The carpet was all stained up, the ceiling had mold and everything was very outdated. Would NEVER stay here again!!!

This place was a mess from the moment I walked in. No one was at the front desk — I waited almost 15 minutes. The only employee around was a woman from the food area who was outside smoking and chatting on the phone. When she finally came in, she kept texting and stayed on her phone the whole time, completely ignoring me. And I wasn’t the only one — another guest was also waiting to check in. No apology, no urgency, nothing. When I finally got to the room, it was just gross. I booked a non-smoking room, but the whole hallway smelled like smoke, and so did the room. The bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed — stained, dirty, and just nasty. I honestly don’t think it had been through a washing machine in a while. For the money they’re charging, this place is a joke. Poor service, filthy rooms, and zero professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I reserved a handicap room but while I could get into the room, the bathroom was inaccessible. The furniture was sticky to touch and there was a huge stain on the room chair. The bathroom sink had hair in it and toothpaste spit as well as other suspicious stains. The shower water was just a trickle. The washcloth was thread bare. It should have been thrown out long so. Breakfast was advertised but not available. Guest amenities was directed to vending machines but no ice machine. The ice machine was on the other side of the building. The drain area for the ice machine was moldy.

The entry was nice and inviting and the girl that checked me in was very nice. The hallways leading to my room smell very musty. The carpet in my room was filthy with stains and the sink and tub had hair in them.
