Excelent place for a night in heraklion , great location , wonderful staff, paid valet parking , only 13 minutes from the airport and very nice breakfast

Great, modern, clean hotel. Close to the port if you're taking the ferry.

Great customer service Central location Very close to the port

This hotel advertises itself as 4 stars. Its barely 2 stars, built in the 1970's and hasn't been renovated since. The bed is like concrete and the pillows like concrete bricks. The breakfast buffet is overcrowded, so you have to fight for a table and also much of the food is empty. Never stay here again. Awful. However, on a positive note, the staff are very pleasant. They shoud dynamite the building, rebuild to new standards, and keep the staff.

Reception staff were very helpful and nice, the food at the rooftop pool was fresh and delicious . Cleaning people came daily but never changed sheets and never swept or moped the floors. Hotel staff though gave us a free upgrade of a room with a nice view

Very helpful staff who are efficient and knowledgeable. Great breakfasts and roof-top snack bar!

The staff is amazing and very helpful and informative.. they all went above and beyond. The breakfast was very nice.

Nice hotel with a few buts: they do not have free shuttle, the executive and junior suites price is per 1 person, one has to pay 30 euroes per every additional guest, and the hotel's only one computer is rarely available as it is given for conferences use.

We chose Capsis on a whim as we wanted a 4-star stay after a long summer working. There were several disappointing surprises: 1) powdered eggs used at the supposedly excellent breakfast buffet 2) a pool on the roof full of either locals and/or hotel staff, some making out the entire time 3) a broken fridge that reception said would be attended to (it was looked at but not fixed) 4) a room that remained uncleaned over a 2-day stay 5) staff that wasn't overtly friendly as you would expect at a 4-star All in all, typical of hotels in Greece when you pay 50 a night, not the 100 we were charged.

Stayed here for a night. The hotel is right in the middle of the city and near a lot of restaurants and cafes which was really nice. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Would recommend if you're going to stay in Iraklio for any amount of time.
