Good spacious room with a view across the city. Nicely located close to shops and restaurants as well as next to the excellent Knossos Museum. Restaurant was fine. Breakfast good - loved the yoghurt with honey and nuts Would recommend it.

Beautiful, renovated room (no 412) with minimal decoration, soft bed, big wardarobe, almost renoated furniture and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Very good position. Location in the centre of the city. All the shops are nearby, bustop and theater exactly outside of the hotel. The breakfast is full of mediterranian food and has big variety. In the first day, I arrived late and the lady in the breakfast room brought to me almost everything. You feel secure becausce in each floor you have to use your magnetic card twice : once for opening the door that lays to the alleyway and onother one for your room. Bathroom was clean and full renovated. I had a pleasand stay after all. Also, eventhought it is located in the centre of the town its quiet and colourful hotel. It has also food in reasonable price.

I was allocated room 220 and immediately noticed the street noise (at 22:00) and there was a car alarm intermittently sounding for the hour I persevered with the room. I rang reception and asked for a room change, which has kindly and politely done. I was moved to room 213, which was facing the inner courtyard. Room 213 was much larger and quieter than room 220. I was concerned that my 06:00 wake-up call may be missed due to the room change but this was not the case and I received the call on time. Breakfast had the usual hotel fare but with some local inclusions, which was nice to see. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the hotel thanks to the staff.

Good location to Heraklion airport and city centre. Room was a little overpriced but was clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the ground floor has very nice food and reasonable prices. Staff were helpful.

I stayed here 3 nights. I am very pleased by the room, cleanliness, friendly personnel, excellent breakfast, free internet, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, big screen flat TV. Overall it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is located right in the centre of the city across from the archeological museum (one of the top museums in Greece, a must-see attraction). The city shopping area, as well as restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. There is no parking at the hotel, however they offer a parking service: They will park your car and bring it back to the hotel for a reasonable price (9 Euros per day). There are also some parking lots nearby. The hotel room was small (you don't expect that for a 4* hotel), yet all basic amenities were there. Cost was very reasonable around 55 Euros per night (you pay a bit more for a room overlooking the main square, although I prefer an internal room being a lot more quite). The room was very clean with a nice bed. The bathroom was very small and with the bathtub being of a regular size it was actually tiny (it would have been better if they only had a shower). The hotel staff was excellent, very professional and accommodating. They allowed us to check out at 15.00 instead of 12.00. Breakfast was also very good with many choices including some local food.

The hotel has certainly seen better days, rooms need renovation but the staff is simply awesome. We stayed for a couple of nights there with my spouse, and the first thing we noticed was that the bed (while we booked a double room) was single (130cm) and two grown ups can't really fit, so in the morning we asked for another. The room we got, had a normal double bed but the smell of mold was overwhelming. We headed down to the reception. Now keep in mind we both, my spouse and i, work demanding jobs and haven't had a proper sleep during the week. Bottom line is when i got there i was pretty irked. Ready to check out already booked another double room in a nearby hotel and both are standing with our suitcases in front of the front desk. The guy was simply a true professional he calmed us down and made a counter offer to stay at one of the apartment suites gave us the key and smiled. I'd like to thank that guy, so thank you, you've made my day and my stay :)

The rooms are small but well equipped. The beds are very firm, as in hard! But the linens and pillows are lovely. The rooms are either facing a street or a barren interior space. I would recommend either interior rooms or rooms on the back side of hotel because rooms on the front would face a large vibrant park area, bus stop and movie theatre. Noisy. Outstanding shopping begins at the corner.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city close to shopping and restaurants. Difficult to find a place to stop and park at the hotel. The hotel can help you with parking which they will charge. We found a cheap parking behind the hotel, five minutes walk, 6 Euros a day. A lot of traffic in front of the hotel. We had a double Executive room. Two large rooms. Clean and comfortable including bathroom. Two TV:s, WiFi works without any problems. Very nice and lavish breakfast. The view and the balcony were a true disappointment. Small balcony which could be used for smoking only.

Stayed at Capsis for around EUR 50 a night. I stayed there cause I wanted to enjoy my last night in Crete on a roof top bar with pool. Unfortunately the top floor was closed even the weather was still warm and the hotel full with guests. The employees are super friendly and the breakfast was great. But the floor was so thin that I could here every step if someone was walking in the room above me. And I heard the guy next door snoring the whole night through the wall. Sorry but this is hostel standard not four star quality. I cannot recommend this place cause of the low standard of the rooms.
