The door to the balcony did not properly close and you can constantly hear wind noise and we could not sleep. We inform the reception and they said they will send somebody to look at it. Next day housing person came, look and said that it is wind noise and its normal as it was windy outside. I told them that in my group other people have room on same floor and they don't have noise. Staff said they will look into next day. Next day sent housing person and she could not figure it out. I told them that either there is door gasket not sealing properly or hardware loose, but she left after opening and closing door. I booked this hotel for 3 nights was planning to stay 3 nights. After complaining several time finally they send maintenance person, who tighten the door hardware and fixed door issue. We checked out after 2 nights and asked for refund for third night, but hotel staff mentioned they can not give refund for third night, as booking was done through third party.
Appreciate, if we can get refund for third night, as we stay there only for 2 nights, but paid for 3 nights. Please have customer service call us at (336) 908-0425 to process refund. Thanks
