The hostel is situated in a very nice neighbourhood, easily approachable from the city center, giving inspiring view from the room window. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a kitchen, so we could prepare some nice meals during our stay in Helsinki. Bathroom in each room. There is a supermarket right accross the street. The staff is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our autumn weekend there.

What I particularly liked was the private little bathroom and kitchenette. The staff was friendly, and checking in and out of the hostel was easy. You absolutely can't beat the location, either. On the down side, the room was very sparse and worn out. There was a hair on my pillow, and the bottom sheet was too small, so didn't stay in place, exposing the bare mattress. The air quality was poor, so by morning I was feeling quite unwell.

Great location within a walking distance from city center plus bus stop and free parking nearby. The room was clean, calm and quiet with a good bed. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere relaxed. I can recommend this hostel to everyone!

The staff is really helpful, lovely and very friendly! The location is perfect for visiting Helsinki both by public transport as well as on foot. Plus, the accomodation was good enough. We’ll see you again!

Affordable price especially when it is hostel and has only 2 stars. Room is clean, shower soap were provided. Towel were changed on a daily basis. Bed is OK. And in my single room was possible to find as some dishes, as well table lamp. And it really has WiFi in rooms.

I want to thank Both hostel personnel for their hospitality. I spent 2 nights in hostel and was surprised by comfort of my room. Everything was on high level. I recommend. 3-beds i a room is not a problem, good kitchen and big bathroom.

First of all, we just stayed there for one night and had e.g. no time to try the breakfast. The check-in was fast, easy and very nice. We were even able to get our room already at 11 am. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite simple, and not very luxurious, but on the other hand there is everything you need, including a kitchen (in the room). City center and train station are in walking distance (15-20 minutes). The view from our room was really beautiful.

everything was fine. room was clean and all necessarities where there. friendly people at the reception. the central located hostel is a really good option to dive quickly into the life of central helsinki. i would recommend this hostel to all who wants to visit the city for 1 or 2 nights!

Large room, kitchenette, cupboards, etc. Best thing is the awesome view, Staff is super friendly. Young girls who do their best to help. Modern locks, escalators. Sauna facility. Frugal but low cost breakfast.

I stayed in a private room with bathroom and thought it was a good solid hotel. Check in was quick and easy, they provide breakfast for 5-6 Euros but I didn't need it so declined. The staff were all pleasant, helpful and cheerful. I stayed here because I thought the location was good and the price was as reasonable as I could find inside the central area of the city. It took about 6-7 minutes to walk to the bus terminal (excellent as I used the bus a lot) and about 20 minutes to get to the market place down on the harbour - not bad at all. The room was equipped with a kitchenette and a few basic utensils but I ate out each day so didn't use it. The fridge came in helpful for keeping my fruit and drinks cool. The room was clean and tidy but the bed linen did smell a bit musty - a bit old. Hard to describe but perhaps some different detergent would solve the problem. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet so a good nights sleep was had. Wi-fi was very fast, averaging about 40mbps up and down, the shower was decent, and the window opened up onto a central courtyard allowing for fresh air when needed. Luggage store was provided the day I checked out but it's a serve yourself policy where the hotel takes no responsibility for your belongings - I found that a bit of a shame because I would imagine the security of people's personal stuff would be very important to them. A simple tag system would be easy and quick to administer a give guests peace of mind. All in all I was happy with the hotel.
