We enjoyed our stay here. We had a problem with another booking and got moved to this hotel. The lady at the front desk was super nice during check in and check out. It was not a bad walk to downtown.

Room was surface clean, we had two stink bugs crawling on the wall the first night , the next night they were racing each other across the tv , we put them out two nights in row, there was a big gap at bottom of door. Could hear the room next to us all night and in morning when they left, not to mention new construction in lot next to our room.!I did enjoy the town, if I come back will stay else where.

Good: - The employees at the front desk were great. - The location is very convenient for walking around Helen. Bad: -The mattresses were thin, hard, and just had a generally cheap feel. - The TV remote would turn on the television but nothing else (making it useless). - The refrigerator was broken. - The curtain was broken so it had to be rigged to actually cover the whole window. - The toilet seat wouldn't stay up. This place has a Motel 6 feel but with a Hilton price.

Location is very convenient close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the beds were less comfortable my mattress was really worn out. Breakfast was decent except that some of the fruits didn’t look fresh ( dark bananas and found some mold in some oranges). The price I paid for one night I expected better room amenities like a coffee machine. But the room was very clean! Unfortunately it was a little let down from my expectations but it did help that the location was great, walking distance to every where I needed to go. Thank you!
