Good stay overall. Nice little pool open late, which was appreciated. Bed was not as comfortable as some, being more on the hard side. Lighting at night was good/dark.

Located in downtown Helen, this property offers everything you need to enjoy your time there. They have a pool and are conveniently located close to shopping and dining options. It is also located in walking distance to Cool River Tubing if you have that on your bucket list. We Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel really needs a facelift. The cartridge in our shower broke the last night, so they let us use the shower in another room. Half the ceiling was growing black mold and they had a dehumidifier running in the room. That was room 110 fyi. The breakfast was nice and I really appreciate the allergy friendly options, but the toilet plunger outside our door when we came back wasn't great. The location is great, but I wouldn’t consider coming back here again.

Staff was very friendly but the room itself was run down. The chair and bed felt damp in the room and they had a humidifier in there I guess to try and combat this problem. There were also two cockroaches that we found in the room.

The queen beds were smaller than we thought they would be. But very comfortable. The room just wasnt big enough. We enjoyed the night we stayed though.

Weekend with grand babies

The front desk lady Tammy is wonderful. Everything that could go wrong went wrong! But Tammy made sure to make it right and had everything fixed with in 5 mins if not sooner. There was drinks in the refrigerator food in the microwave, a light was flickering, the remote control battery’s were dead and the phone to call the front desk was not working. Oh, our card was deactivated to. All these thangs were out of site out of mind issues so we understood. The pool was green as well. All these issue were corrected even the pool. I don’t think I would return to this place. But I do appreciate Tammy! Thank you Tammy!!!!

Upon check in the room was very clean, the bed was firm but extremely comfortable. Everything from downtown to tubing was within walking distance. No issues and will definitely stay again.

The location was good as it is only a few minutes away from city center. The property is old but clean. The beds were very soft and not too comfortable for us. The staff are great!
