Location is good. Pictures online make it look ok, however, in person, its terrible. Dirty, grungy, gross. Poorly renovated. Sloppily done. Our AC was leaking water outside, making a large puddle right in front of our door. Could hear people moving upstairs/outside. Sink splashes water everywhere when turned on. Would not stay again. Ever.

The staff were friendly and the room was great for me and my pup. The nice lady at the desk even found me a room to check in early. Great location to things in Helen, and if I ever went back, I would stay again. For what I paid in comparison to other places in the area, I think it was a good deal. Nothing fancy, but definitely met what I needed for my trip.

It’s an older motel, but has been updated. However, it needs another update. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable. The AC was super noisy and the door felt like it wasn’t 100% secure. They did tell me they’re in the process of replacing all the doors.

Excellent beds and air conditioning. Excellent attention from all the staff. There were noisy guests around during the late hours of the night 12am. Breakfast needs to be improved, at least add protein (eggs); and the power outlets failed during the cooking of waffles and bread toaster.
