The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast shouldn’t be a selling point when making your decision to stay here, however, the young lady taking care of it was such a sweet and friendly helper. The carpet in halls were stained. The lady overall hotel had a “wet” feel to it. Bring some kind of houseshoes or slippers in room as the fliers will ruin your socks from the moisture or just overall condition of it. The hotel was good. Not great. I don’t think I’d stay there again. Not for nearly $700. It should be immaculate for that price point. If you stay here you’ll also agree it’s good not great. The staff is the shining point of this property.

Our room was excellent! Clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Hotel very convenient to areas we wanted to visit. Everyone we encountered was friendly and hospitality was over the top. Will definitely be back for Oktoberfest again in Helen! Staying in Holiday Inn Express & Suites is a must!

it is a nice property close to the main attractions but far enough away to allow for some quiet which is important in a tourist town. breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff person was so helpful and very welcoming.
