Great hotel

This hotel was great. We just stayed one night as we were passing by. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with so much. They also had cookies and cofffee all day in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful and offered a lot. It’s walking distance to everything you will do in Helen Ga.

This property is fabulous!! I chose a king suite with balcony and tub and it was perfect for our trip. Everything in the room was clean. The pool was nice temperature and clean. I also liked the shower at the pool to rinse off the chlorine water. The beat part of the stay was the fantastic breakfast attendant. I regret not getting her name, but she was amazing!!! And definitely makes the experience at the hotel in the greatest way!! Already planning another trip back here!!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast shouldn’t be a selling point when making your decision to stay here, however, the young lady taking care of it was such a sweet and friendly helper. The carpet in halls were stained. The lady overall hotel had a “wet” feel to it. Bring some kind of houseshoes or slippers in room as the fliers will ruin your socks from the moisture or just overall condition of it. The hotel was good. Not great. I don’t think I’d stay there again. Not for nearly $700. It should be immaculate for that price point. If you stay here you’ll also agree it’s good not great. The staff is the shining point of this property.

it is a nice property close to the main attractions but far enough away to allow for some quiet which is important in a tourist town. breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff person was so helpful and very welcoming.
