The location is very good, close to all attractions of Helen, GA. The appearance of the hotel is appealing. The value of staying is good and the staff is very friendly. The only complain is hot water pressure of the shower is low and it took a long time to warm water up

Room 232, nice and clean, comfortable bed. Everything worked and bathroom was clean and had a tub with shower with plenty of hot water. Balcony was dated almost to the point of unsafe, do NOT lean on the railing, pretty sure it's going to give way soon if it isn't repaired or replaced. Great view and nice staff and room.

If you stay here I definitely recommend getting one of the balcony rooms. The view is great and since it faces a little park area it very peaceful when sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning.
