Welcome to our unique newly built building, where you can experience comfort and style in one of our 12 studio-style rooms. Each room is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its own private entrance, king-sized bed, queen pull-out couch, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The first three levels of the building consist of four studio-style rooms. On the 4th level of our building is a complete 360° view of the beautiful Helen, Georgia. It offers relaxation and places to enjoy food and beverage. Our deck has tables and chairs that overlook every angle of the center of Helen. Beautiful Adirondack chairs overlooking every direction. We offer several rocking chairs all around to take in the breathtaking views this beautiful German Bavarian town has to offer.

Studio 104
Our studio was clean. We could walk to almost anywhere in Helen. It was well stocked except for an iron or steamer and a toaster. Those are just personal items we would have used if they were available. The first night we were the only ones in the building. After others arrived we could hear every step made and drip of water they used. Over all it’s a great place to stay when visiting Helen.

Better than expected
The property was clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated and had everything and more than we needed. Wife and i had a king sized bed and my 17 year old daughter had sofa /queen sized bed to herself. We saved money and ate healthy by bringing our own food. The kitchen was more than adequate and well stocked. We'll be back and thank you.

Location!
The location was perfect for the attractions we wanted to enjoy. We walked everywhere, from the waterpark and tube ride to the middle of town where we had food and shop to explore. The place was as shown in pic and very clean! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
