Helen Waldhaus: 5BR Home with Epic Game Room

Bring the family together at Helen Waldhaus, a spacious 5-bedroom vacation home proudly hosted by Freedom Finder Vacation Rentals. Located inside the peaceful Innsbruck neighborhood just 10 minutes from alpine downtown Helen, Georgia, this retreat is masterfully curated for multi-generational families, couples, and friends who want plenty of space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy meaningful time together.

Every inch of this property is personally managed and meticulously prepared by Freedom Finder Vacation Rentals to ensure a seamless, 5-star hospitality experience. The layout is arranged intentionally so large groups can gather comfortably without ever feeling on top of each other.

The main level keeps the kitchen, dining, and living areas beautifully connected. The spacious living room is designed for real conversation and relaxation after a day of exploring the town, while the large dining table supports shared family meals and late-night board games. The nearby kitchen is thoroughly equipped and fully stocked with cookware and essential spices, ensuring whoever is cooking stays a part of the conversation instead of feeling isolated.

Downstairs becomes the ultimate kids' zone and group hangout space. The dedicated game room is equipped with an arcade machine, air hockey, and foosball, giving younger guests and competitive adults a separate area to play while others enjoy a quieter environment upstairs. Outside, a private children's playhouse provides an extra touch of magic, while the outdoor fire pit area naturally brings everyone back together in the evenings for roasted s'mores under the stars.

Sleeping arrangements are spread across five bedrooms, including two primary suites, offering maximum flexibility for families traveling together. Early sleepers, grandparents, and night owls can all settle in comfortably at their own pace. The goal of the layout is simple: together when you want it, quiet when you need it.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

A Great Place to Stay

The house was just what we needed for our Christmas get away with friends! It was very clean, nicely decorated, organized, and had many thoughtful touches left for us. The downstairs gameroom provided hours of fun for both the kids and adults!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults! It was in a great location, close to downtown. Everything was clean and well thought out! All of the small details, coffee bar, linens, Smore's package was so thoughtful and we really enjoyed it! Also, loved the downstairs area with all of the games! We will definitely be back! The host is amazing and they make sure their guests are taken care of. The house worked out great for our family of 12 (8 adults 4 kids) getaway. They definitely go above any other place I have stayed. Plenty of stuff we needed for the 18 month old like pack n play & other necessities.

Waldhaus

We had a great time! The property and its location are beautiful. There is something for everyone to do (pre-teens to adults) and the home itself has everything you could ever need. Safe and quiet, but close to town. We would absolutely come back again!

Wonderful house! We enjoyed the game room. The kitchen was perfect as we cooked 6 meals! We played many games of cards at the huge table! Because of going up and down the stairs, I worked off all of the calories from the great food we had.

Mom's 78th birthday!

My family and I, really enjoy our 7-day stay here, for a long relaxing celebration. I had researched possible locations to stay in the area, and this looked to be the best. Great location, nice cabin, and consistently good reviews. When we arrived, we were happy to find that it was everything we expected, and more. The cabin was super clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. There wasn't a single issue or concern the entire time we were there. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to the area in the future. Highly recommended!!

Perfect

I rent a lot of vacation homes and I don’t believe I’ve ever stayed in a rental this clean. Also, everything we could need was there. It was very good quality items too. They went out and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. Things no other rental has ever provided. Perfectly accommodating. Thank you so much for the warm personal welcoming touches. Such a nice surprise.
