The property was excellent the size , cleanliness and comfortable beds. The only downsize was the property was on the main road and it was busy.. But we didn't mind that as it was comfortable stay. And you need to pay for the parking it wasn't free. And the parking was underground and you need to be really pro. I wouldn't recommend for bigger car as well.

Pleasant stay.

Location is away from the centre which is quieter. Nearby has supermarket and bakery shop and pharmacy. Parking in hotel is available with a fee. Quiet facing room is important to me. Cause the street facing is noisy due to the traffic.

Hassle free short stay.

Stay was short this time. But overall it’s good. Always choose this hotel as it is out of the city centre. Nearby has bakeries and supermarket and restaurants. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. A big plus for that.

While this property is outside the center of heidelberg, it is much cheaper and transport is very convenient. We drove into the central car park, which took about 7 minutes. Alternatively, there is a tram opposite the hotel, which seems convenient enough! The hotel has private parking that comes with a current charge of €12.50, and there are plenty of free street parking around the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. Everything from lights, curtain and cleaning request can be done via the room dashboard panel by the door. The hotel staff is efficient and friendly, the check in and out process was simple. I would definitely use again if i was in hieldelberg again.

I had some problems and they were super accommodating with my check in.The hotel is pretty new,clean and with lots of extras.They have parking underneath for 12 euro.We had a lovely time and i certainly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable stay.

Have stayed this hotel before. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. USB and C cable charging is available in the room next to the bedside. Well thought. Fridge and coffee machine and kettle is available in the room. Kitchen with utensils and some pots and pans as well. Comes in useful. Surrounding is easy to find bakery and restaurant and supermarkets. There is parking site at the basement of the hotel which is chargeable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Not sure if it was unsafe around the area, but there was graffiti and I opted to pay the 12 euros to park in the garage. It was not terribly convenient to the city center unless you used the bus and that stop was close.
