The heater was broken in the first room. They moved me to another room ...that room had heat until 2am. When i woke up freezing cold because the heater in there broke too. So at 3am we were moved to a room that had amazing heat The staff was so nice but the facility sucked!

The front desk office was closed and directed you to one of the hotel rooms for checkin and checkout. There were urine stains on the mattress. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bathroom towels were stained. So many things to list. I had two nights booked, but left after 1.
