The floors had everyone’s socks black and there was a coating of dust on the main bathroom sink at check in and a dirty towel on the floor in front of the sink. Overall we were satisfied.

We had a great stay. 4 adults 6 kids. Perfect for kids. Not a lot of stuff to mess up. My 2 year old boy twins are busy and it was set up perfect for them to be safe. Only complaint was the floors. They looked clean but the bottom of kids feet were black. We had to clean them at bed time every night and everyone else just wore shoes. The water is backwards on the washing machine. Just fyi bc I don’t like washing my clothes in hot water. Minor issues and would stay again. Plenty of towels which was nice!
