You will be renting the entire first floor. The second floor is divided from the first floor & has a separate entrance/exit in order to ensure my privacy and yours during your stay.

You will be able to utilize the large bedrooms downstairs. The home features an open plan living with a huge gourmet kitchen, gorgeous sunroom/dining area, & an additional room that can be utilized as another dining area/game room/bedroom/or large study.

Extremely Large Yard - Beauty/Nature - 7 Gardens+ - Amazing!

This home is so beautiful, welcoming, & extremely organized & clean. You will enjoy every minute. I am easy to get in touch with in case of any questions. My goal is to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

Great lil place

Wonderful stay with an amazing host. Rosie is just precious as is her home. Dad and I had such a nice time staying here and once we picked up my son, he loved it. The backyard is wonderful, not to mention watching the chickens and playing with Boo & Stella. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Artsy home stay

Beautiful, artsy home in a lovely neighborhood. Home is near restaurants and airport. In past VRBOs we usually have full access to kitchen, refrigerator and freezer. This home only offered partial access, with dorm fridges and microwave in bedrooms. So just be aware of that. Otherwise, a nice stay sitting on back porch, visiting with the chickens and Boo, the friendly cat.

This house is in a great location, beautiful neighborhood near golf course. The Host Rosie is most accommodating! She went out and purchased a gadget for the TV, which my husband never figured out. Anyway, if you need a place to stay in Harlingen, Texas, stay here! Very cozy and everything you need.

Beautiful Home

House was perfect for me, my husband, our small mini schnauzer to stay. We had access to all downstairs area. I only have one complaint, the freezer wasn’t available to us, so we had to keep ice in an cooler. If we had stayed longer than a few days, this would not be acceptable in my opinion. It was not noted in the advertisement that a freezer wasn’t available. Other than that, the house was great! Rosie the host was always available and answered any questions we had. I would stay here again. 😁

My favorite Vrbo Stay

Can't rate this place high enough. I stayed here for work but it felt like I was staying at a high end breakfast in bed. The kitchen is big and has everything I needed including a separate freezer. Rosie makes this place feel like the holiday home you wish you had. There is a beautiful yard with squirrels and birds to watch, it is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and the location is near downtown Harlingen and a golf course. Loved the huge flatscreen TV in my room as well. South Padre Island is about 30 minutes away and I took advantage. Rosie was very responsive to my questions and very kind. By far my favorite vrbo property so far!!! I will be back, thank you Rosie!

Sewage smell and NO freezer

The place is cute, very kitschy and filled with a lot of personal stuff. The house smelled like a septic system when I entered and it took several hours for the owner to rectify. I was told it was due the heat but after talking to a resident in the neighborhood I found out that the sewage smell happens periodically. It's easy to take care of as long as it's not allowed to build up. The most egregious is that the owner locked the fridge freezer. There was no ice maker in the door. And it was during the Texas heat wave. To make up for the lack od freezer the owner provided 2 dorm fridges, neither of which would hold a bag of ice.

We came from austin tx!! we came around 1 PM the access check in was so easy and i met the owner of the house she is sweet and loves to help. She will always communicate to make sure everything is okay. While at our stay there was a huge thunderstorm and power went out. Rosi updated us every minute and made sure we were okay. This house is so beautiful and GREEN!!! everything fits. The back yard for a big or small is perfect for pets just make sure to clean up after ! But honestly if i ever come back to harlingen I WILL TRY TO COME BACK HERE AND BOOK !!! We all loved it so much.
