I ENJOYED MY STAY; THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT YOUR HOTEL. (12/24/24-12/26/24)
MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT MY ROOM HAD ROACHES AND SPIDERS IN MY BATHROOM. THE ROACHES WERE IN THE SINK, ON THE FLOOR, AND THE SPIDER CRAWLED FROM BEHIND THE TOILET.
THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY MS. T (THE FRONT DESK CLERK WITH PINK HAIR) AND THE BREAKFAST ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR STAY WAS GOOD AND FILLING.
