Whether you're here for a peaceful getaway or an action-packed vacation, this riverfront retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable experience. The upper deck is a great place for viewing Bald Eagles, enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises, or just relaxing as the boats and barges pass by. The stairway to access the upper level has 21 steps with wide treads and handrails on both sides. Feel free to call or text anytime should any issues arise. My number is located in the Binder. The home is located about 12 minutes from Madison, Indiana! Voted two consecutive years in a row as #1 Small Town in the Midwest!
