We like staying here because it's a great location on the main drag of Hampton Beach. There are a few ocean front rooms that are great for a price, but the other rooms are clean and adequate but on the small side. Showers are extremely small in I think all the units. No complaints ever staying here.

Very clean room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Love the deck facing the ocean so peaceful. The walls are thin I could hear peoples conversation at times.

The hotel location is good, right on the boardwalk. You have to carry your luggage on the sidewalk around crowds of people. Only door in is in the front of the building. Parking lot isn’t too far from the hotel. Not worth it if you don’t get a balcony room. Bed was extremely hard. Rooms are pretty tiny. Good enough just to sleep in.
I was not able to find anyone to check us in after a long wait, so we moved on to another hotel.
Our room was SO small! The beds were metal cots with mattresses on them. The bathroom was even smaller. Had to sit sideways on toilet and shower was as small as a camper one. No elevator here either so if you’re elderly or disabled there are 2 flights of stairs and all the rooms are upstairs.
We had to leave the hotel, the room was too small, beds were extremely small as well. For $200, not worth it. Only positive was the location.
The property is across the street from the beach which is a 2 minute walk and close to the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom
I rented here in June for a few days to be on the beach. Since it was just me I got the single double and stayed in # 20, yes it is small but I did not mind, It is perfect for one or two that don't plan on living in the room during their stay. The room was very clean and modern with no unusual odors but it did have nice floors, nice carpet, nice clean walls, quality windows and trim with new drapes. The flat screen TV was appropriately sized for the room and the bathroom was incredibly clean with no remnants or hints of past users. The staff was very friendly to me and offered me any help if I needed it. I stayed from Monday to Thursday to avoid the weekend crowd and I noticed very little sound intrusion from the other guests and considering the compact floor plan I was surprised of that. To sum up, for 89 clams a night for a place on the beach my first experience with Atlantic Sands met and exceeded my expectations. If your are picky or hard to please then no doubt I'm sure you will find something about the place to complain about, if so I suggest you go stay at the Ashworth.
Weekend getaway - staff allowed us to check-in & park earlier than the allowed time which was very nice. The room had a balcony & ocean view. Bathroom is a little tiny. Only issue - the rooms don't hace coffee/coffee marker which is typically standard these days otherwise it's great. Awesome location & great sunrise.
Beach view was beautiful, especially seeing the sunrise. Nice location in town and close to everything. The downside of that is that the street below was a bit loud in the evening - nothing that kept us awake though.
