Check in clerk very rude and snarky. I had originally requested a room on the 1st floor. His reply: "they don't look at that!" I asked for assistance (I am 69 y/o) and his response: "We don't have anyone. I'm the only one here!" The toilet back up not once but twice on the 1st day and then again on the 2nd day. The response time was not very prompt. The room was not very clean. I've attached 2 pictures of the trash in the bathroom. The trash in the corner was there when I checked in and was there when I checked out. There was a small bug in the bathroom. No one came to clean the room, empty trash, or leave clean bath linens. I had to request it.

My wife and I checked in after 7. All good. Unloaded the car and headed out to a function. Returned and noticed the light in the bathroom rapidly blinked. Unable to leave it on, confined in a small room with a light blinking probably 4 times a second. Turn light out and take a bath. Each time a bath is taken when you drain the tub, clumps of hair comes out of the drain as the water trickles down. Disgusting. Sheets were clean but the mattress sheet had the filthiest black spot on it. Didn't want to sleep in that bed. In the morning, towel man beating on the door. The safety bolt on the door is missing. Finally took a chance to open the door to see what he wanted. Thankfully he was there to pick up dirty towels. Did not understand a word he said but I gave him the towels. I was gone all day but each morning there was no staff on duty. A box at the front desk to leave your key card if checking out but no one on duty to answer any type question. Only time I saw any one at the front desk was when I checked in. Half of the entry driveway is nothing but potholes. After the rain you better drive around the standing water because you might bust a tire. By far the WORST stay I have ever had. Best Western should be ashamed to be their name on this establishment.

Horrible hotel, the bathroom door had tape on it and would NOT close. The room smelled musty. The floor would turn your feet black. There was mold in the shower and rust all over the door frames. I had to clean out the drawers prior to putting our clothes in it. The free breakfast was a joke and hardly any options. The staff was friendly and bed were comfortable and that’s why I’m not giving it a worse review.

Upon check in we drove around back of the property and around a group of people playing sports in the parking lot and sitting outside with music and piles of alcohol containers. Our first rooms toilet was broken. Our second room was full of cigarette smoke and could not stay because my child’s allergies. The only other option was next door to the party at the end of the property. There was no suggestion on how to fix it or an option to get a refund. Horrible service and $250 down the drain.

The hotel was great for our needs. Clean, spacious, microwave, mini-fridge, pool. It is close to lots of restaurants and other shopping, some even within walking distance. Great value for the price. I will be staying there again.

Our stay was very pleasant except the room smelled very musty when we entered and the tub needed some attention around the caulking, looked like mold, otherwise everything was clean and we rested very well and was very convenient to some great food.
