Great location & the friendliest front desk staff

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Is the access and parking which was close to the hotel door. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed. it could’ve done with a second comfy chair and coffee table. Very quiet at night and in a perfect location to access the waterfront and restaurants

Great stay

This hotel is located in a great area of downtown Halifax. The only negative comment I have is that the elevators are slow and there is only two so if a bus comes in with a bunch of people checking in, it will take a while to get up to your floor.

We choose this hotel for location. The staff was pleasant and good service for clean up room each morning. The shower was terrible, tub filled with water while showering, the a/c u til in the room was so loud it woke us up every night, since it’s summer not really an option to turn it off or the room was really was.

It was okay. We went to the pool 5 times and all 5 times there were no towels. When we called to ask for some we were told about 10 minutes and they rarely showed up before we left. The staff was nice, hotel is clean and convenient for downtown/waterfront but overall okay.
