Check in was absolutely miserable, and our room was extremely dirty. Underwear under the bed, a ballon and pop can under the other bed. Luckily we were able to switch rooms and it was a bit cleaner. Do not recommend staying here.

The bed has rounded edge. Conforter on the bed was not as white as it is suppose to be. No refrigerator in the room, for the daly price to stay, it should have been included. The parking is on the other side of the street, far from the hotel entrance. For a person that just had a medical surgery it is not practical at all. And if we would know all that before reservation, we would not booked.

The washroom was not clean. The toilet had stains. I don’t like that they don’t make the bed every day. They did it until the 4th day and I was leaving on the 5th day. I didn’t see the point of that. The neighbors were extremely loud, it felt they were partying all night and there was little consideration for the rest of the guests.

My wife and I are both 80 years old. The elevators worked every now and then. Parking was 30 minutes walk from the parkade back to the hotel. No bell boy's to take your luggage to your room. Luckly one of the staff did take our luggage after waiting for just about an hour. Room's were old and outdated, would appreciate the cost of our stay refunded.

Staff are excellent, rooms are incredibly well kept. The only issue is parking, they should have detailed written instructions how to access correct parking that comes with the reservation confirmation. Very confusing as the area and the parkade are both under construction.
